THE OPERATING SHAPE

Four moves, in order.

Every engagement runs the same shape — brand sprint, product build, AI system, or all three. No mystery box. You see every step, you have a clear owner, and you own the result.

Diagnose. Architect. Deploy. Scale.

Two-week cadence. Working sessions, not status meetings. We ship a working slice every fortnight — from week two.

01 · WK 1–2

Diagnose

Walk the work. Map the leaks. Score them by hours, dollars, and risk. Decide where to start — together, with evidence.

DELIVERABLE · OPPORTUNITY MAP
02 · WK 2–4

Architect

Sketch the system. Brand, design, data, tools, handoffs. We commit to a baseline number — the thing we’re going to move.

DELIVERABLE · BUILD PLAN + BASELINE
03 · WK 4–10

Deploy

Build in real conditions with the people who’ll use it. Ship a working slice every two weeks. Test in the wild.

DELIVERABLE · LIVE SYSTEM
04 · WK 10+

Scale

Hand the keys over. Train the team, instrument the metrics, write the runbook. Point us at the next leak.

DELIVERABLE · OWNED BY YOU

What it is. What it isn’t.

Premium retainer studios run hot. Implementation shops run cold. We try to be neither. Here’s the honest version.

IT IS

A working partnership, not a service contract.

Your team and our team in the same Slack, same docs, same standups. We’re extension, not outsourcing.

IT ISN’T

A monthly retainer billing for "availability."

We bill against scope and outcomes. If we’re not earning our keep, you shouldn’t be paying.

IT IS

Owned by you from day one.

Every file, repo, account, prompt, and credential is yours. We don’t hold work hostage.

IT ISN’T

A black-box "we’ll handle it" relationship.

If we wouldn’t explain it to a junior on your team, we don’t ship it.

IT IS

Measured against a real baseline.

We name the number before we build. If we don’t move it, that’s a real conversation.

IT ISN’T

A deck that ends in "and then a miracle happens."

No vague ROI promises. We baseline, we ship, we measure, we adjust.

IT IS

One accountable name.

A lead partner reports to your CEO or sponsor. Not a committee, not a rotating team.

IT ISN’T

A six-layer agency hierarchy.

No account directors managing account managers managing producers. The senior people do the work.

THE HARD NO LIST

What we don’t do.

Boundaries make the work better. These are the engagements we turn down — or refer.

01

Hourly billing for its own sake

We bill against scope and outcomes, not hours on a timesheet. Embedded and staff-augmentation engagements are welcome — always scoped, measured, and owned.

02

"Just make a deck"

Strategy that doesn’t ship isn’t strategy. We don’t do PowerPoint-only engagements.

03

No-named owner

If no one on your side is accountable for the outcome, we’re not the right partner for this round.

04

AI for AI’s sake

If the AI doesn’t make the work measurably better, we’ll tell you not to do it.

05

Year-long discovery

If we’re still discovering in month three, something is wrong. Discovery is two weeks, not two quarters.

06

Lock-in via lock-out

No exclusive vendor agreements that force-renew. You own the work, you can leave any time.

NEXT STEP

Want to walk the work?

Thirty minutes. We’ll see if the shape fits. No deck pitch, no chase.
